Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products Nature
Because YouthTyping provides immediate access to digital software and instantly generates valid License Keys upon successful payment, all sales are considered final once a license key has been successfully generated and issued to your account. Digital goods cannot be "returned," hence standard refund protocols for physical goods do not apply.
2. Strict Refund Eligibility
We operate a strict no-refund policy, with exceptions granted only under the following specific conditions:
- Failed Transactions: If your bank account or card was charged, but our server failed to generate a license key due to a network timeout or system error. (Note: These are usually auto-refunded by the payment gateway within 1-7 days).
- Critical Technical Failure: If there is a reproducible, critical technical fault in the software that completely prevents it from launching or functioning on officially supported operating systems (Windows 10/11), and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days of your initial bug report.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same exact plan due to a technical glitch during the checkout process.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We will not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You purchased an Institutional license but attempted to use it on an unsupported platform (like Android or Web).
- You did not read the system requirements and your PC runs an unsupported operating system (e.g., Mac OS, Windows 7).
- Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., attempting to crack the software or sharing a single-device license).
4. Account Cancellation
You may choose to stop using the software at any time. However, cancelling your account, uninstalling the software, or failing to use the software during your subscription period does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the remaining duration of your active license key.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, you must contact our official support team at support@youthtyping.in within 3 days of your original purchase. Your email must include your Order ID, Payment ID, registered email address, and a detailed explanation of the technical issue (with screenshots if applicable). Approved refunds will be credited back directly to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
